Please note that all products sold on Vaultsy are digital codes and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased and delivered. Please ensure you select the correct product and enter accurate information, including the correct store region and currency, before completing your purchase. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Vaultsy uses an automated system to deliver game points directly to the in-game ID you provide. For digital cards, we cannot guarantee that a delivered code remains unused after it has been issued.
Refund Policy
Once an order is delivered, Vaultsy holds no responsibility for lost or mishandled products purchased through our platform. Any loss or damage due to customer negligence or the reasons stated above is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Digital products and codes are single-use only and cannot be reused.
After delivery, customers cannot request a refund under any condition, as digital codes cannot be resold or returned.
If a code is officially verified as invalid or damaged, Vaultsy will compensate the customer with a product of equal value. No additional compensation will be granted.
Refund processing time ranges from 7 to 14 business days from the date the return is approved.
We guarantee that all our top-up systems and digital codes are sourced directly from official distributors.
