Store Policy – Digital Games, Accounts & Activation Keys

All products listed on Vaultsy are digital-only (keys, accounts, subscriptions, etc.). No physical items will be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Digital keys (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

• Please ensure compatibility before purchase (platform: PlayStation, Xbox, Steam and the correct region/version).

• Offline accounts and preloaded offline game accounts are eligible for replacement only if there's an issue with activation or login.

• If there's a problem with your product (e.g., invalid key or account access issue), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the case thoroughly.

Game Accounts (Offline / Online)

Offline Accounts:

• Must be used in offline mode only.

• Online play, data changes, or account sharing is strictly prohibited.

• Any breach may lead to the account being banned or deleted, and Vaultsy bears no responsibility in such cases.

Online Accounts:

• You may change all account details after 24 hours from delivery.

• You can share the game via Steam Family Sharing with friends.

• Online accounts come with a lifetime warranty.

Game Keys (Codes)

• Keys are delivered instantly if in stock. If not, delivery is made within 5 minutes to 6 hours.

• Every key is tested for validity before delivery.

• Keys are valid for one-time activation only and cannot be returned or replaced after activation.

• No refunds or exchanges are allowed for game keys.

Pre-Orders

• When pre-ordering a game, delivery will occur on the official release day or within 24 hours after launch.

• Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-changeable once payment is completed, as your copy is reserved immediately.

• If a game is officially canceled by the publisher, a full refund will be issued.
